After almost seven years I got the invitation from Sanwaliya Seth to bow on his mandir.
When I visited in the year 2015 renovation was going on. Now after seven years our Sanwaliya Seth Mandir is more splendid and marvellous.
Where is Sanwaliya Seth situated?
Shree Sanwaliya Seth Mandir is situated in the Chittorgarh district of Rajasthan state in India.
Although there are three temples of Sanwaliya Seth within 5 km. Temple at Mandaphia is well recognised as Sanwaliya Seth Dham. The other two temples of lord Shree Krishna are situated at Bhadsoda and Chapar.
Sanwaliya Seth Mandir at Bhadsoda is the oldest temple called the Prachin Sanwaliya Seth Mandir.
Sanwaliya Seth Mandir at Chapar is where the four Idols were appear hence it is been said as Sanwaliya Seth Prakatya Sthal Mandir.
History of Sanwaliya Seth Mandir
It's been said that these four dark idols of Lord Shree Krishna are the Girdhar Gopal of Meera Bai whom she used to worship.
Mira Bai use to itinerant with other saints worshipping her Girdhar Gopal. Dayaram Saint was one of those saints who got these four idols and he dig a hole under a Banyan tree and placed the idols there to protect them from the invader Arungejeb army who were destroying temples and idols.
Later in 1840 Bhola Ram Gujjar resident of Mandaphia dreamed about these four Idols and he found out after digging the earth. The devotee started gathering to see their Sanwaliya Seth and till now a huge number of Hindu devotees visit daily.
Unanimously it was been decided at that time and the biggest idol of Sanwaliya Seth was brought to Bhasoda by famous saint Bhagat. Later the ruler of Mewar built a wonderful temple at Bhadsoda.
Middle size idol was established at Chapar where the idols appeared. Temple of Sanwaliya Seth at Chapar is well known as Prakatya Sthal Mandir. One of the fragmented idols is also placed in a hole under the banyan tree.
The smallest idol was taken by Bhola Ram Gujjar to Mandaphia.
In all three places, the Sanwaliya Seth temple is established and gains more and more divine light consciousness.
